GeoComply has brought in Lindsay Drake and Kelly Schaefer as chief financial officer and chief human resources officer, respectively.
Drake will oversee financial planning, budgeting and capital management at the company, following experience of driving growth and profitability.
Schaefer, meanwhile, will lead GeoComply’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, development and engagement.
Anna Sainsbury, CEO of GeoComply, said the pair’s “expertise and leadership” will be “instrumental in guiding our financial strategy and strengthening our talent capabilities.”
