Flutter says it will put an additional US listing to a vote at its AGM on April 27 after the proposal received “very strong support.”

The company announced it was considering another listing of the group’s ordinary shares in mid-February, while setting out potential strategic benefits.
Flutter said the proposal has been widely backed and, if approved at the AGM, it will aim to implement the additional listing during Q4 this year.
The resolution requires the approval of 75 per cent of the votes cast by Flutter shareholders in person or by proxy.
