As part of a move to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange, Flutter Entertainment has confirmed that its ordinary shares ceased trading on Euronet Dublin on Tuesday January 23, 2024.
The shares “remain eligible for and continue to trade on” the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Subject to the effectiveness of its Form 20-F Registration Statement with the U.S. Sucurities and Exchange Commission, it will also trade on the NYSE in US dollar determination from Monday January 29,2024.
