Evolution issues shares to Big Time Gaming

In accordance with the decision at the board meeting on June 30, Evolution has issued 1,105,032 shares to the sellers of Big Time Gaming.

Further, in July warrants of series 2018/2021 have been exercised to subscribe for 1,673,340 shares in Evolution. 

As of today, July 30, following the new issue of shares and exercise of warrants set out above, the number of shares and votes in Evolution amounts to 215,105,380.
