Following a number of reports in the press, William Hill has confirmed that Eyal Sanoff, chief marketing officer of William Hill Online's marketing team in Tel Aviv, Israel, resigned on September 27.
Several other senior managers in Tel Aviv are now subject to disciplinary action in relation to the disruption this week within the marketing business in Tel Aviv and in the customer service and back office operations in the Philippines and Bulgaria.
Contrary to media reports, William Hill Online has no intention of relocating its Tel Aviv sales and marketing operation and senior management have been on the ground in Tel Aviv working through the issues, although the office is now closed until early next week for the Jewish holiday period.
