Dimoco Payment Services has released a white paper on Visa’s new rules on chargebacks.

Coming into effect on April 15, 2018, the new rules have been in effect in Hong Kong and New Zealand since October, 2017. Now, these rules migrate to all other remaining countries.

Dimoco’s white paper is part of the company’s continuous effort to differentiate itself from other payment service providers through its personal service.

Explaining the main changes – including a reduced timeframe for merchants responding to disputes – it recommends actions to reduce chargebacks, backed with personal assistance, aiming to enable companies a smooth and optimal transaction.
