Betano has bolstered its presence in Denmark following its 2024 launch in the market by becoming the main shirt sponsor of football club Brøndby IF.

The Kaizen Gaming operator brand’s logo will appear on the club’s jersey from this summer for the next three years.
The shirt sponsorship deal is Betano’s first shirt in Denmark, which became the company’s debut Scandinavian market launch last year.
Martin Sahlertz, sales and business development manager at Brøndby IF, said: “Betano’s approach is very much in line with our vision of what a modern sports partnership should look like – with a strong focus on purposeful, brand-led content and digital engagement.
“Together, we aim to create activations that not only strengthen both brands but also deliver value to our fans.”
Julio Iglesias, chief commercial officer at Kaizen Gaming, added: “We see this partnership as far more than a traditional sponsorship. The club’s ambitions align with those of Kaizen Gaming and Betano, and we want to be a partner that contributes to Brøndby IF’s continued development as one of the leading football clubs in Scandinavia.”
Betano's other shirt sponsorship partners include Premier League club Aston Villa and Argentine side River Plate.
The brand was an official partner of last summer's UEFA Euro 2024 tournament. Its other deals with UEFA are for the Europa League and the Europa Conference League.
