UK gaming solutions provider Gextech has entered into a joint venture with European software and operator Digibet to develop the internet version of the virtual football betting product, the Fantastic League.
Gextech’s adaptable virtual gaming platform allows the Fantastic League to be channelled not only on the internet, but also as a television broadcast product designed for betting shops and interactive TV.
Using its versatile Smart Stitch technology, Gextech is able to reproduce the complexity of team sports and replicate betting opportunities readily available in real football matches. In addition the Fantastic League betting system has the ability to deliver live games seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
Commenting on the deal, Peter Glancy managing director of Gextech, said: "We are excited to be working with Digibet. With their extensive knowledge and experience, this relationship will allow the Fantastic League to reach Digibet’s extensive European customer base."
