However, the figure translated to a 2.21 per cent drop year-on-year.
The Colorado Division of Gaming added that sports betting taxes for March were $3.1m, a 146.79 per cent increase from February.
Basketball and NCAA Basketball were the most popular sports in Colorado in March, pulling in $193m and $94.3m in handle across both online and retail, respectively.
