Flutter Entertainment has announced that Michael Cawley has decided not to seek re-election to the board and will step down after the AGM on April 28.
Zillah Byng-Thorne will seek re-election at the meeting but will step down fbefore the 2023 AGM, having served, like Cawley, nine years on the board. Gary McGann, chair of Flutter, commented: "I wish to take this opportunity to thank Michael and Zillah for their exceptional contribution to the board over the past nine years.
"We wish Michael well for the future and I look forward to continuing to work with Zillah during her remaining term as a director." With effect from the conclusion of the AGM, Holly Keller Koeppel will replace Cawley as chair of the audit committee and Dave Lazzarato will replace Byng-Thorne as chair of the risk and sustainability committee. Byng-Thorne will remain a member of that committee.
