Catena Media has confirmed that CEO Per Widerström is stepping down to take up the same role at 888.
Widerström has left with immediate effect as he prepares to start in his new post on October 16.
Göran Blomberg, chairman of the board of directors at Catena Media, said Widerström has “greatly benefitted the board’s work and the strategic direction” of the company.
Catena’s board of directors will continue with six members until the 2024 annual general meeting, the company added.
