It is aiming to go live with sports betting affiliation activities on September 8, after the state announced that its doors will be open for legal sports betting.

Kansas Governor Laura Kelly last week gave the go-ahead for operators to start receiving bets on mobile platforms on September 1 with an official launch on September 8, the day the NFL season opens.
