SiGMA’s second event for the African continent, to be held March 11-13 2024, will be held in Cape Town, South Africa.
The inaugural 2023 event was held in Kenya’s capital, Nairobi.
SiGMA explained that South Africa offers “an attractive setting, with the long-awaited introduction of a remote gambling bill opening the doors to new opportunities in the sector.”
The event will include a conference agenda led by experts offering a wealth of insights, with discussions centred around “the transformative developments sparking fresh interest in the regulatory landscape.”
There will also be a pitch competition to bring creative ideas to the fore, connecting exciting new start-ups with leading investors and VCs.
The event will capitalise on the city’s natural beauty by opening with cultural tours, while also featuring VIP dinners and a gala awards evening to soak in the ambiance.
