Join Games Malta has opened a new office on the Mediterranean island, with the slots developer targeting more growth and improved accessibility for clients.

Founder and director Luigi Spina told iNTERGAMINGi: "We have recently opened a new office in Malta for two main reasons.

"Firstly because we are growing and we feel the need to have a new team here and, secondly, we want to be more accessible to our clients since most gaming companies have their own offices on this island.

The move follows a recent deal with iSoftBet, which will officially integrate and start distributing Join Games content in February.

"We are hoping to be able to manage better customer support and customer relations,” said Spina.

"It is very important for us that our customers are happy with the service they get; we believe it's a vital way to keep clients happy and loyal.”
