The Netherlands’ gambling authority has fined provider Bingoal €400,000 for aiming advertisements at young adults.

Kansspelautoriteit said it started an investigation after a broadcast of the Kassa television programme, which showed the breaches of the regulation.

The KSA said the fine follows four previously handed out in the context of the same investigation, with a total of five providers fined for advertising aimed at young people aged between 18 and 24.

The regulator added, though, that this latest fine for Bingoal marks the end of the investigation.
