Betfred USA has partnered with US Integrity to help prevent student athletes and others involved in sports from engaging in prohibited sports wagering.
Betfred will gain access to ProhiBet, which provides a secure and transparent method for sportsbook operators and sports properties to help student athletes, coaches and administrative staff remain compliant with state-by-state regulations.
The combination of ProhiBet’s encrypted data transfer system and Betfred’s “dedication to upholding the integrity of sports” will “undoubtedly enhance the transparency and trustworthiness of current and future prohibited bettors,” said Matt Heap, managing director of ProhiBet.
The partnership is part of a two-fold approach to solidify the sportsbook operator’s oversight surrounding sports betting and prohibited bettors.
