BBIN, the supplier of igaming software in Asia, has donated US$90,000 to charity as a result of a successful promotion with Dutch music produce Fedde Le Grand.

Working together with DJ Mag, BBIN’s The Gaming Beat Charity (TGB Charity), which saw three tracks put up as free downloads during the recent FIFA World Cup, had a goal of “a million downloads” from across the globe.
The three-month event achieved that objective. The first track “The Gaming Beat” reached over 400,000 downloads globally in a single month. Then, boosted by the release of the second track “You Lift Me Up” in June, the total download count broke through 750,000 in the month.
When “Scream Out Loud” was released in July, it helped the global download count reach the goal of the event earlier than planned, triggering BBIN’s donation.
“BBIN would like to thank its working partners and the public,” the company stated.
BBIN will continue to hold a variety of international charitable events in the future and will donate to the Top 100 DJs Foundation this month. In recent years, it has donated and raised funds by working with international charitable organisations Ocean Clean Up, Lymph & Co. and UNICEF.
