AS the Global Gaming Expo concluded in Las Vegas, one of the key topics of discussion from analysts and executives working for both operators and suppliers was whether the macroeconomic pressures being felt across the world economy were filtering down to casino rooms, in both online and physical establishments.

So far, the feedback is that economic ill winds have not built up enough of a head of steam to knock off substantial activity and spending from consumers.
