CCTV footage has been released showing individuals suspected of being involved in using fake £2 coins in UK arcades.

The forged £2 coins have gone into Category C machines in a gaming centre on the M11 motorway in Essex, UK, reports the security unit of the UK's trade body for the sector, Bacta.

Photographs were issued, taken by CCTV, of people suspected of being involved in the incident. They are males 30-40 years old and one of them has distinctive tattoos on his neck and right hand.

Essex Police are investigating the incident and AGC operators are advised to watch out for the men and if seen should dial 999 and quote crime reference number 001/2024.
