Eight months after installing the BES-X software into one of his tenpin bowling centres, American owner David Small has seen a 40 per cent improvement in revenues.

The software, developed by QubicaAMF, offers a wide variety of games, from the traditional bowling game to fun themes.
The intention is to provide something to appeal to all age groups and to satisfy everyone from the professional bowling to the family fun outing. The centre, in Noblesville, Indiana, is one of five in the group under the Bowl 32 banner. Hoping to improve overall guest experience Small upgraded his scoring and centre management systems to BES-X and Conqueror Pro.
The centre previously grossed $6,500 on a Saturday night, but now revenues are consistently up 40 per cent. With an average ticket of about $103, revenues are regularly up into the $12,000-$15,000 range. Party business has also increased substantially.
Bowl 32 has 32 lanes of bowling plus an arcade, mini golf and party venue facilities.
