Pat Leslie, wife of late Sega executive Vic Leslie, has died aged 70.

Pat was diagnosed with cancer three years ago and despite a forecast of only having six months to live, she fought the disease but unfortunately contracted other illnesses in so doing. She died in hospital last week near her home in the Isle of Wight.

Vic Leslie was European president of Sega and made the national newspapers in the UK when he tragically died after a bee stung his tongue and he developed an allergic reaction. His tongue swelled up and Vic was asphyxiated. He had been eating an ice cream at the end of a family barbecue in the summer of 2002.

Pat was Vic’s second wife and for years had accompanied him to international coin machine trade exhibitions, so was well known in the industry. She had a son and a stepson from Vic’s first marriage.
