PrimeTime Amusements’ latest project, the Shake Shoppe Arcade in New Jersey, US, opened its doors on Monday.
Part of the Restore the Show campaign set up in Seaside Heights, which is recovering following the devastation of Hurricane Sandy less than a year ago, the new venture is a partnership between local business and landowner Patti Hershey and PrimeTime’s president David Goldfarb.
Following a $2m investment, the new arcade, ice cream, hamburger and candy shop opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony performed by Goldfarb, Patti Hershey, Tom Holder, vice president of Hershey’s Ice Cream and Jody Yedman, general manager of the Shake Shoppe Arcade.
