A new immersive experience has opened at a Canadian amusement park.
Triotech has installed Carnival Chaos: Hyper Ride at Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls.
Set over an area of 6,000sq.ft, the ride provides thrills and adventure in its seven fully interactive scenes, in addition to programmable digital theming inside the attraction.
The exterior of the attraction has been themed to the carnival setting of the ride, while the vehicles load and unload outside of the building, visible to guests.
Inside, the ride features a high-speed moving platform, creating what Triotech is calling a “coaster-like experience,” while guests compete for the highest score using their targeting device.
Harry Oakes, president of Clifton Hill, said: “Clifton Hill has now opened the Carnival Chaos: Hyper Ride, offering a first-of-its-kind dark ride experience in Niagara Falls, Canada.”
Triotech’s president and CEO, Ernest Yale, added: “Hyper Ride is a unique award-winning attraction that changes the game for location based entertainment venues.
“This attraction delivers a destination park level experience but for a fraction of the investment and space requirements. We have several such projects in the planning stage.”
