FEC technology supplier Semnox has completed its first installation in Malta.
Planet Play Malta has chosen to implement Semnox’s booking software on its self-service kiosks in a bid to transform its guest experience.
The venue offers a range of attractions including VR simulators, multi-level go-karting, obstacle ropes course, an ice-skating rink and the largest soft play area in the country.
Semnox worked alongside Grant Thornton, a consultant team, which played an active role in the installation. Planet Play Malta also opted to install Semnox’s attraction scheduling and capacity management software, with automated access control gates for entry validation, waiver management and the Radian Wristband system for timekeeping in the kids’ play area.
Vinyaka Kamath, business head in Europe at Semnox, said: “With Planet Play’s elevated offerings, we wanted to deliver a comprehensive solution to complement its venue needs, one that could evolve with the venue.
“Planet Play is among the first venues to implement advanced kiosk solution; this is the future of self-service technology in the leisure sector. With sleek design and user-friendly functionality, and cutting-edge technology, the Attraction Kiosk is set to revolutionize the way guests engage with attractions.”
