Two of the industry’s major manufacturers have followed national advice and closed some of their offices.

LAI

LAI Games has announced the temporary closure of its Dallas, US, office, in accordance with Texas state guidelines. The company said in a statement that it is updating its website to make it easier for customers to send enquiries directly to different departments.

Emails may be sent directly to [email protected] or [email protected]

In a similar move, Universal Space has closed its Ontario, Canada, office for a minimum of two weeks.

The closure will only impact the shipping and receiving from its Canadian facility. All other operations will remain available as UNIS’ employees work from home. Following this, its US office closed on Monday, March 23, as ordered by local authorities on non-essential services. This closure will be for a minimum of two weeks and will be re-evaluated on April 3. It will impact shipping and receiving, and UNIS advises that customers can still contact its team via phone or email.
