Kidzania plans 11 venues

The Mexican-based FEC operator KidZania, that founded the adult-play towns for children, is to open 11 new locations in the near future, it was revealed at a press conference.

By 2021, the company will have new centres in Dallas, Chicago and New York in the US, Johannesburg in South Africa and Toronto, Canada.

Smaller centres will also open in secondary markets, said the company founder Javier Lopez Ancona. The primary focus, he said, is to expand in the US and China.
