Rightbiz lists a 1,000m in Cornwall with 32 karts on a near-five acre site with an operator’s house, for £1.15m, listing a turnover of £280k annually, almost half of which is shown as profit.

At the same time, a track at Leicester has been sold for £250,000, while another at Oxford is on the market for £40,000 and one at Manchester for just under £100,000.

Still with steering wheel racetracks, Rightbiz is also listing a racing simulator business, The Race Hut, with locations at Slough and Oxford, currently closed, is up for £40,000. No property is included in the sale, just the equipment, the website, database, social media accounts and six simulators.
