An electric go-kart track is to open at the Kandima resort in the Maldives.
Set against the backdrop of the Indian Ocean, the 500m track will allow speeds of up to 80km/h, with 12 hair-raising turns.
For safety the karts will feature adjustable seating, safety barriers, and full seat belts and there will be three marshal posts strategically positioned around the track.
