The major northern city of Dammam in Saudi Arabia has a new karting centre, all equipped with an Intercard system.
The Mahara Karting venue covers 25,000sq.m and offers outdoor professional go-kart circuit with one kilometre of track.
It also has a dedicated kids’ karting track and an attractive indoor adventure park. Coming shortly will be a Dawg & Co restaurant for the first time in Saudi Arabia and a specialised esports centre.
The karting track features the latest RT10 Kart from Sodi with 13hp engine for the first time in KSA. It has a unique design and together with the adventure park and esports centre, Mahara can offer something for all members of the family.
The soft opening was on May 2, but will be followed by a large-scale official opening on a date to be announced. It is anticipated that the new location will entertain around 200,000 guests in its first year.
The operating company behind the project is reported to be in the course of negotiating franchise opportunities both inside KSA and elsewhere.
