A multi-million pound entertainment venue is finally set to open in a UK town after years of development.

20 rooms will be on offer for private hire

Players Entertainment will shortly open in Coventry, three years after work began.

Local entrepreneur Jeffy Li acquired a former nightclub in the town centre in 2019 but plans were put on hold by the pandemic.

The space will feature 20 private hire rooms that can host up to 80 guests through connecting rooms, each of which are equipped with 180-inch TVs, huge sound systems and modern karaoke technology.

Each room is serviced with food and drink by a VIP room service team.

Jonathan Owusu, general manager of Players Entertainment, told BDaily.co.uk: “We’ve invested more than £3 million to create a venue that is new to Coventry and unique to the UK and, since we soft-launched a few weeks ago, the feedback has been phenomenal.”
