K1 Speed has acquired Autobahn and Accelerate Indoor Speedway and its 11 locations.
As a result of this acquisition, K1 Speed now operates 83 locations in 29 states and seven countries.
I has seen K1 Speed expand its presence into four new states: Alabama, Maryland, New York and Wisconsin.
The venues will be aesthetically overhauled to reflect the K1 Karting experience, though they will remain as all-electric karting venues.
Tournaments and leagues will also be overhauled, with K1 hosting its own yearly leagues and world championship.
Centres will be developed with wider F&B options, as well as eventually an arcade with video games, skill games and prize machines for each individual venue.
