The Netherlands-based Unlimited Leisure group, the owners and operators of companies such as Unlimited Snow and TapeMyDay, has unveiled its latest venture, The Experience Ticket.
Announced at the recent IAAPA show in Orlando, US, the system is an all-in-one, integrated ticketing and no-queuing system. It is designed to allow guests to pre-book and pay for entry tickets to their chosen attraction. They then pre-book which rides, shows, character-meets and restaurants they would like to experience.
The system goes so far as to include guest information such as ages and heights to ensure compliance with ride safety restrictions. Using an algorithm, a personalised itinerary is then produced.
It is hoped that The Experience Ticket will not only prove a more streamlined guest interaction but that it will also increase ride capacity by 15 per cent.
