Spanish trade show Feria Internacional del Juego is due to open for a two day run on April 9 in Madrid, and money handling company Innovative Technology is planning to take its new recyclers there as well as its TITO product and new age recognition unit.

The show is being held at the IFEMA exhibition centre on the outskirts of the Spanish capital and Mustapha Hadj-Ahmed, group sales director at ITL, said the show is important to Spain and to his company, which has its own R&D base there.

It will show the NV22 Spectral and Spectra Payout to handle secure, mixed denomination recycling. Their large capacity reduces machine coin starvation. The NV22 in its NV225 format is a higher-specification version of the NV11 that is already a market-leading product in Spain.

The Spanish industry will also get its first look at the ICU, the age recognition unit that uses intelligent biometric algorithms to control access to locations restricted to adults only. Ticketing options will also be there.
