Innovative Technology has launched its latest coin-handling innovation, the Bulk Coin Validator, which combines coin-mech functionality with a high-capacity bulk coin feeder.
The company asserts that the BCV saves space and integration costs, enabling bulk coin input and rapid coin verification and provides a complete coin-in solution suitable for global applications.
The product has a mixed coin capacity of up to 200 coins and validation speeds of up to seven coins per second accepting coins of diameter 16.25-28.5mm.
ITL sales director, Mustapha Hadj-Ahmed, said: “By combining a coin-mech and a bulk coin feeder, we are able to offer a product that is compact enough to fit into a number of different applications.
“The combination of the two different components results in lower integration costs and the BCV is designed for applications where a large volume of mixed coins are inputted, eliminating the time-consuming act of inserting coins individually. BCV is ideal for transport, change machines or toll booth applications, for example, where customers can just throw in a handful of coins for payment.”
