A long-term video lottery terminal partnership between Italian gaming giant Lottomatica and Inspired Gaming is now under way.
The agreement will see Inspired’s VLTs installed in Lottomatica venues, which currently number 800 across the country. The company’s Open VLT platform was the second VLT platform to be approved for the Italian market in 2010.
“Our Open VLT platform and library of games is bringing a new perspective into the market and it’s important to us that Lottomatica has recognised the extra flexibility and benefits our products provide,” said Inspired’s Martin Lucas. “Inspired is focused on always innovating to supply our customers, such as Lottomatica, with the most cutting-edge technology platform, the most exciting games and top quality cabinets.”
For the initial launch, there will be two different gaming machines on offer – the slim, upright Storm HD cabinet and the Evolution Slant Top that is manufactured by Merkur Gaming.
Among the games available will be Treasure Island, Monster Cash, Pharaoh’s Golden Treasure and Super Diamond Deluxe. “We look forward to much success with Lottomatica over the coming years,” Lucas added.
