Vitaliano Casalone, formerly of SOGEI and regulator AAMS, has joined Inspired Gaming Group in a senior position.
Casalone, who also worked for Lottomatica and Gamenet, will be focusing on building Inspired’s presence in Italy.
“Vitaliano’s experience and insight into the Italian gaming industry will be extremely valuable at this key point in Inspired’s Italian business strategy,” said martin Lucas, managing director of Inspired Europe and International VLT. “Having established ourselves as a leading supplier in virtual sports, VLT games and systems, Inspired is continually looking to grow its market share and increase its presence in the other Italian gaming channels, including AWP, online and mobile.”
Casalone described Inspired as “one of the most exciting, rapidly changing and prosperous companies” in the industry, adding that he was “truly pleased” to have the opportunity to contribute his experience to the business.
