ITL has launched a new high performance 80mm roll ticket printer – the RP-80.

RP-80

This standalone compact roll printer has been designed with the gaming and sports betting market in mind as it aims to reduce ticket wastage and offer improved printing efficiency.

The RP-80 can be fitted into existing applications due to its flexible mounting options, and it also offers fast print-to-present speed, large roll ticket capacity and customised ticket design. This new product forms another part of ITL’s strategy to respond to the increasing prevalence of TITO in the industry, said company director Chris Robinson.

“The RP-80 was designed in conjunction with the industry and customer feedback so we are delighted to bring this product to market,” he said. “Its unique print mechanism ensures tickets are fully printed inside the machine before they are released, eliminating ticket jams. It comes with flexible mounting options, making it easy to retrofit into host machines, and offers downloadable updates over USB, making remote updates quick and easy.

"The unit's high-quality Seiko print mechanism is field proven and gives the product outstanding print speed while maximising machine up time. A 2MB flash memory and SD card expansion offers customers unlimited fonts and our free, user-friendly ticket template manager allows customers to customise their own tickets with any bespoke design.”
