Thailand’s biggest waterpark celebrated its grand opening last week.

The 92,000 sq.m park, Andamanda, in Phuket was opened on Saturday by Thailand’s former deputy prime minister Suwat Liptapanlop.
The park is themed around Thai mythology and has 5 zones: Emerald Forest, Naga Jungle, The Great Andaman Bay, The Pearl Palace and Coral World.
It features a huge wave pool, 12 slides and a 550 metre lazy river. Completing the offering are entertainment venues, restaurants and a hotel.
There will also be performances exploring the cultural heritage of Thailand.
