THE ethos of Cosmic Leisure is that “the customer is king,” and that line of thinking comes from over 25 years of experience in the industry.

“All of the machines that we sell have been built to a high standard,” said Martin Austin, director at Cosmic Leisure. “They are very competitively priced, and all new machines are sold with a FOC spares pack. All technical issues are addressed immediately either by a part being sent out straight away, or a video-fix sent to our customers so that the issue is addressed, and there is no down time on the machine.”
