The UK industry was sad to learn this week of the death of Ashley Temple, a key member of the team at Crown Leisure.

Tributes were coming in yesterday morning to Ashley, who was only 56 and very well-known in the industry.
Dean Harding at Crown Leisure said: “We are still trying to come to terms with this. I have known Ashley for 30 years from my days at Maygay, and Ash was on the team at Deith Leisure selling our games.
"I joined Crown 20 years ago and at that time Ash was already in the Crown family. He was someone I am proud to call a friend. Always happy, never a cross word from him; everyone loved Ash.”
Bacta president Joseph Cullis said: “He was a much-loved and valued member of our industry and community, a dedicated and passionate member of the team at Crown, making significant contributions not only to the business, but to the wider industry.
"His kindness, passion and good humour left a lasting impression on all who had the privilege of knowing or working with him. A friend to many, he will be greatly missed.”
Ashley leaves a wife, Gail, and daughters Brooke and Nieve.
