Normality will return to FECs and other attraction-based businesses, but initially the task for the industry is to rebuild customer confidence, says industry distribution and development specialist Player One Amusement Group.
THE Canada-based company, with significant successes in the North American market for its flexible amusement Total Solution business development strategies, told us that many FECs, LBE, arcade-bars and eat-ertainment venues have implemented health and safety protocols through their own initiatives that often exceed local guidelines.
“Normalcy will return, but in the short term it will be important to focus on rebuilding player confidence,” says John Kolliniatis, vice president and general manager of P1AG.
