The latest completion estimates for Cityland Mall adjacent to Dubai’s Global Village is the end of this year, says the developers.

Cityland on schedule

The mall will be unique as it will be the first to comprise a botanical garden of 18,600sq.m. It will also have 350 stores.

The circular-designed mall will also have a cinema with 14 screens, an amphitheatre capable of holding 3,000 people and 200,000sq.ft of open-air gardens. Notably, it would also include a 50,000sq.ft family entertainment centre with "a unique family entertainment concept" and 75 F and B options.

The central area, covering 200,000sq.ft will be called Central Park and will have a miniature version of the Miracle Garden, a mini water park, rooftop garden, restaurants and cafes. Some of the location’s stores are already open.
