Bay Tek Games welcomed the decision to move the International Bowl Expo back to Las Vegas this year.

Las Vegas

The event, which was held at the Las Vegas Convention Center at the end of June, had previously been staged in Reno.

“The show was very good and we were glad to see it back in Vegas and out of Reno,” Bay Tek’s Holly Meidl told InterGame.

The company chose to present its Connect Four game at the event, which is now offered in a standard arcade size. It also launched a new financing package through Firestone Financial.

“The booth had lots of traffic and, as always, we were glad to be part of the AAMA coin-op pavillion. We also showed our Prize Hub-Modular unit that is also a great piece for the bowling industry. It allows a bowling centre operator to now more easily offer ticket redemption without the centre having to do any manual labour. Bowling centres love this new feature.”

Meidl praised trade association BPAA for organising the successful event.

The BPAA does a very nice job packing an event-filled show into two full days,” she said. “It gives attendees a since of urgency while on the trade show floor - the attendees are there to do business.”
