Electric Social, a new arcade bar has launched in Berlin, Germany, with Bandai Namco Amusement Europe playing a key role in the venue’s opening.
The arcade bar, which is described as the first of its kind, features over 50 of the latest single and multiplayer arcade games with machines sourced from all corners of the globe.
Electric Social owner Thomas Boerman said: “As Berlin’s first arcade bar and kitchen, it was vital we got this launch right. It was a joy to work with Bandai Namco to breathe life into our vision.
“Bandai Namco’s support has ensured we can meet the high demand anticipated with full confidence, and I am proud to say our first month has been a resounding success.”
The fully cashless venue features games such as Pac-Man Battle Royale championship, a mobile game entered via a QR code located at the bar, as well as football pool and augmented darts alongside the arcade machines.
