Following the crash of UK distribution company AMG Leisure in 2014, four directors of the company – which principally handled AWP machines – have been disqualified as directors.

Undertakings by Alexander Auckland and Mark Sowray have been accepted and neither can now be a director or control a company until June 17, 2027.
Their wives, Alison Auckland and Sarah Sowray, have also offered – and have had accepted – undertakings, so they are disqualified until November 17, 2019. The disqualifications follow an investigation by The Insolvency Service’s company investigation team from Manchester.
AMG Leisure had offices in Ripon, Yorkshire, and was declared insolvent in 2014 owing nearly £1.2m.
