Inspired Gaming Group and Italy’s Zest Gaming shared a stand at ELA 2012 to announce their new Mexican partnership to the world.
Zest will use its extensive network in Mexico to distribute Inspired’s open server-based gaming products. Inspired’s senior vice-president of strategic market development, Harmen Brenninkmeijer, said: “Zest has a significant operational base in Mexico and years of experience in the country, making it the perfect partner for our products. The partnership will allow faster roll-out of our products to meet the demand in this region.”
The drive is spearheaded by Inspired’s Storm MX, the Mexican version of Storm, and the Bingo Blaze slant top. “Players have the advantage of being able to play both slots and bingo games on these products,” Inspired’s Lee Gregory told InterGaming. The company has spent the last 12 months developing a game portfolio for the market.
Inspired and Zest are now part way through the initial roll-out and there were 200 units out on site at the end of May. Gregory thought the ELA show would help. “As a new entrant, we have had good quality discussions here, so it has been good for us despite the boycott.”
