There has been a change at the top at Bally Technologies, with Ramesh Srinivasan named president and chief executive officer.
After eight years in the role, current CEO Richard Haddrill is to become chairman of the company’s board. Under his leadership, the company has doubled its revenues and its share price has increased four-fold.
Srinivasan joined Bally in 2005 as executive vice president of systems and was promoted to president and chief operating officer in March last years. He will assume the role of CEO from December 31.
“I am honored to be the next president and chief executive officer of Bally at such an exciting time in our company’s 80-year history,” Srinivasan said. “We are on a very good track for the coming years. I am very enthusiastic about the many opportunities I see to serve existing customers, expand our customer base, continue to provide growth opportunities for our people and increase shareholder value.”
