Resorts World Las Vegas (RWLV) is waiving all resort fees, which usually ranges from US$50 to $55, for the rest of the summer, the only resort on the Las Vegas Strip to do so.

In May, the resort announced complimentary parking throughout the summer. Together they add up to notable savings for resort guests.

Other Strip hotels are also offering generous discounts and incentives. The Venetian and MGM Resorts have cut room rates by 25 per cent.

It is believed that visitors to the Strip generally slow in the summer, due to the heat. In addition, visitor numbers this year have been low, with the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority reporting a 7.8 per cent year-on-year fall in visitor to Southern Nevada in March – “one of the steepest year-over-year drops since the coronavirus pandemic," it said.
