In the article 'IGT makes staff cuts' dated September 7, 2010, InterGaming incorrectly reported that IGT is reducing its workforce by 10 per cent and aiming to eliminate 500 jobs.

IGT issued the following statement:
Due to an inaccurate post on the website www.casinogamingstock.net, false reports have surfaced that IGT has announced employee cutbacks amounting to 500 jobs under a current plan. IGT would council that these reports are factually inaccurate and untrue. As of the time of this posting, CasinoGamingStock has not responded to IGT’s repeated requests for correction or retraction.
