The Balearic group Punt de Joc, which operates 26 gaming venues across Spanish islands Mallorca, Menorca and Ibiza, has implemented a new staff training plan.
The Continuous Training Plan is promoted by the Spanish Association of Gaming and Recreational Venue Owners (ANESAR), a member of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE).
"Employees quickly saw that the training provided clarity regarding safety protocols, customer service and internal procedures, and that it was therefore an opportunity for professional improvement,” said Punt de Joc's management team.
"Managers communicate the mandatory training as early as the onboarding interview, and engagement has grown progressively. Training is managed monthly, enrolling new employees and monitoring each person's progress."
